Store & Dispatch Executive
Receive raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other materials as per company requirements and procedures.
Verify quantity, item description, and condition of materials received against PO, Delivery Challan, GRN, or other relevant documents.
Report any shortage, excess, damage, or discrepancy in received materials to the Store/Dispatch In-charge.
Ensure proper unloading, identification, labelling, and systematic storage of materials at designated locations.
Maintain proper arrangement and housekeeping of the store and dispatch areas.
Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.
Update material inward, outward, transfer, return, and stock records accurately in SAP/ERP or registers.
Issue materials against authorized material requisitions and maintain proper issue records.
Assist in regular physical stock verification and reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
Prepare finished goods and other materials for dispatch as per approved dispatch instructions.
Verify product, quantity, customer/order details, packing, and labels before dispatch.
Coordinate with Production, PPC/PPIC, Quality, Sales, Accounts, Purchase, and Security departments for smooth store and dispatch operations.
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and timely dispatch of materials.
Ensure proper loading, stacking, securing, and handling of materials to prevent damage during transportation.
Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents such as Delivery Challan, Invoice, Packing List, Gate Pass, E-Way Bill, and other applicable documents.
Maintain records of inward and outward materials, vehicle details, transporter details, and dispatch status.
Ensure all store and dispatch documents are complete, properly authorized, and systematically filed.
Follow up on pending material receipts, material issues, and dispatch requirements with concerned departments.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and timely updating of stock information.
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to minimize damage, wastage, and loss.
Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, 5S, and housekeeping standards within the store and dispatch area.
Use required PPE and follow safe material handling practices.
Report damaged materials, stock mismatches, unsafe conditions, and operational issues to the concerned senior/in-charge.
Perform any other store and dispatch-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.
