Job Title: Accounts Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Receivable, Sales Accounting, and Debtor Ledgers.
Perform Bank Reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
Assist in Payroll Processing, MIS Reporting, and Budget Preparation.
Manage Invoices, Credit/Debit Notes, E-way Bills, and Customer Account Creation.
Maintain and update records in the ERP system.
Coordinate with CA/Auditors for compliance and audit activities.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance.
Proficiency in ERP Software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Immediate joiner preferred.
