Job Summary

The Accounts Executive will oversee crucial financial operations for our real estate projects. This role requires accuracy, compliance, and effective coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day accounting, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries—invoices, vendor bills, payments, journals—in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP) expertia.ai+1.

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely receipt and disbursal of payments expertia.ai+1.

• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger to maintain financial accuracy expertia.ai+1.

• Support GST and TDS compliance, including filing returns and maintaining necessary documentation Indeed+1.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and preparation of MIS for management reviews expertia.ai+2expertia.ai+2.

• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet preparation Indeed.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (e.g., B.Com, M.Com) Indeedexpertia.ai.

• Technical Skills:
