Accounts Executive

• Posting entries on tally and crosschecking it with the billing software as well.

• Maintaining a good relationship with the vendors.

• Managing the vendor payment cycle.

• Auditing of the daily petty expenses.

• Filing of Compliances like GST, PF, ESI returns.

• Assist with tax audits and tax returns

• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

• Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department

• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

• Conduct regular ledger maintenance
