An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role supports the finance department by handling day-to-day accounting tasks and assisting with financial reporting.
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reimbursements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
