Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

 Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase entries, and expense

records.

 Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

 Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.

 Assist in GST filing, TDS calculations, and tax compliance.

 Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

 Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.

 Coordinate with internal teams and external accountants for financial activities.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).

 0.5 -1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles.

 Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.

 Experience with accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.

 Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
