Job Summary:
The SILVER JEWELLERY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting financial reporting and compliance activities. The role ensures that financial transactions are recorded and processed in an accurate and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
Prepare and maintain ledgers, invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
Reconcile bank statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Helps in Inventory and Counter sales.
Maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven work experience in accounting or finance (1–3 years preferred).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, or ERP).
Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
Basic Excel knowledge (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
Prior experience in Silver or Gold Jewellery trade.
