Job Description

Role : Senior Account Executive - Immediate Joiner

Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

Location: Darya Ganj, Delhi

Salary: 25k to 30k

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities
Handle payment reconciliation and ensure timely tracking of receipts and settlements
Maintain and reconcile sales and purchase records
Monitor and manage e-commerce inventory records
Perform inventory reconciliation on a regular basis
Verify invoices, purchase entries, and sales transactions
Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and stock-related records
Prepare reports related to reconciliations, payments, and inventory status
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company finance processes

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance
2 to 4 years of experience as a accountant
Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally Prime, Xero , etc
knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlook-up and pivot tables
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
