Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive
Department: Accounts & Finance
Work Location: Perungudi, Chennai
Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using Tally Prime
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure statutory compliance
Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns; handle Form 16/16A
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers
Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and audit requirements
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for account-related matters

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience in Tally Prime
Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS
Practical exposure to AP & AR processes
Basic understanding of accounting principles and compliance
Good communication and coordination skills

Candidate Profile

Male candidate preferred
Relevant experience in accounting and taxation
Immediate joiner is mandatory
