We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting & Inventory Executive to join our team. This role involves managing GST-related accounting tasks, assisting in purchase operations, and overseeing inventory records through Vyapar software. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GST compliance, purchase tracking, and inventory systems. Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & GST:
Maintain accurate records of GST-related purchase invoices.
Reconcile GST input credits with purchase data.
Coordinate with tax consultants for GST return filings and ensure timely compliance.
Support daily accounting tasks related to purchases and inventory flow.
Purchasing:
Assist in managing purchase orders, vendor coordination, and documentation.
Ensure timely recording and tracking of all purchase transactions.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory records using Vyapar software.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely updates of stock movements.
Generate inventory and stock reports for internal use.
Identify and resolve any stock mismatches or discrepancies.
