• Verify and process supplier invoices, purchase bills and expense claims.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and goods-received documents; follow up on discrepancies and missing approvals.
• Check invoice details, GST information, quantities, rates and supporting documents. • Record vendor invoices, debit notes, credit notes and payment entries in the accounting system.
• Reconcile vendor statements and track outstanding invoices, advances and overdue payments.
• Prepare payment schedules and coordinate with vendors, procurement and outlet teams for payment-related queries.
• Maintain invoice and payment records and support GST/TDS documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing, payable reports and audit requirements.
