Job 1: Accountant (Inventory & Costing Specialist)
This role is designed for the candidate with strong inventory experience to manage the flow of goods across your production units.
Job Summary
The Inventory Accountant will be responsible for the end-to-end tracking of raw materials (yarn, fabric), trims, and finished goods. You will ensure that the physical stock aligns perfectly with the books and analyze the cost of production.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Perform regular physical stock verification at the warehouse and production units; reconcile differences with the ERP/system.
Stock Valuation: Calculate the value of closing stock (Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods) for monthly financial statements.
Costing: Track "Material Consumption" against the Merchandiser’s BOM (Bill of Materials) to identify wastage or leakage.
Purchase Management: Verify purchase invoices against Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Purchase Orders (PO).
Process Oversight: Monitor the movement of fabric to external processing units (dyeing, printing) and ensure accurate return of processed goods.
Specific Requirements
Experience: 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment (Garments preferred).
Skills: High proficiency in Inventory modules of Tally/ERP and Advanced Excel.
Expertise: Strong understanding of Weighted Average Costing and FIFO methods.
CTC: 20 – 25 K / Month

Job 2: General Accountant (Accounts & Compliance)
This role is suitable for the candidate without specific inventory experience, focusing on financial health and statutory requirements.
Job Summary
The General Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, banking, and statutory compliance. This role ensures that the company’s books are up-to-date and all government filings are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage vendor payments and follow up on outstanding buyer payments.
Banking & Cash: Perform daily bank reconciliations (BRS) and manage petty cash for factory operations.
Statutory Compliance: Assist in the timely filing and calculation of GST, TDS, and Professional Tax.
Payroll Support: Coordinate with HR to process monthly salary disbursements and ensure PF/ESI contributions are accounted for.
Documentation: Maintain systematic filing of vouchers, invoices, and tax records for audit readiness.
Specific Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years in general accounting (any industry).
Skills: Proficient in Tally Prime and basic MS Office.
Expertise: Good knowledge of GST returns and TDS deductions.
CTC: 20 – 25 K / Month
Notice Period: 10- 15 Days Immediate Joiners Preferred
