Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Wagholi, Pune
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Compensation: As per market standard
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting entries in Tally ERP
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense records
• Assist in preparing GST reports and filing
• Handle bank reconciliation and vendor payments
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice and payment-related queries
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies
Required Skills:
• Mandatory: Minimum 1-year experience in Tally ERP
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and coordination skills • Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Qualification:
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent educational background
