Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc.).

• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers.

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and statutory regulations.

• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, auditors, and tax consultants.

• Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements, if applicable.
