Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc.).
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers.
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and statutory regulations.
Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, auditors, and tax consultants.
Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements, if applicable.
