Required Experienced Candidate (Female) for Accounts & Backed office works

Work Profile: -

Quotation Making in World File

Proforma invoice

E-way bill generating by Busy Software

Enter invoice in Busy (all expense, sale, purchase and job work invoices)

Enter Bank statement in Busy Software

Maintain debtor and creditor accounts, Debtor & Creditor follow up

Maintain daily sales & Purchase sheet on excel

Maintain petty cash on excel as well as in note book also

Payment follow-up by call

Arrange all filles (purchase, sale, expense etc.)

Process daily order

Bank reconciliation

Maintain ledgers and Inventory

Email drafting

Calls to customers for new requirement

GST filing monthly and quarterly GST Returns.

Return Submission- GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B.

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Performing GSTR-2B reconciliation and Input Tax Credit (ITC) matching.

Handling TDS deduction, deposit, and return filing (Form 24Q,26Q,27Q)
