Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Vile Parle (East), Mumbai

Salary: 20,000/month

Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office

Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the company's day-to-day accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles, GST, income tax, and banking operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting entries

Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance

Handle income tax calculations and assist in filings

Generate and analyze financial statements and MIS reports

Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and payments

Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors when required

Maintain records for TDS, advance tax, and professional tax

Coordinate with management on financial planning and budgeting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

Proficient in GST, income tax, and general taxation

Experience with Tally, Excel, and accounting software

Good knowledge of banking operations and reconciliation

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter or any relevant accounting degree

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
