We are looking for an Accounts and Admin Executive to join our team Sterling Polychem. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and helping day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.
Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings.
Invoicing and despatches, sales and purchase order management, follow-ups with suppliers and customers, receivables management
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate in commerce and 3-5 years experience in trading/distribution company. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Shall have good working experience in operating Tally Prime. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
