Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Reconcile accounts and handle all banking transactions.

• Assist in budget creation, expense monitoring, and financial forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with industry-specific accounting standards and regulations.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Support internal and external audits by coordinating with auditors.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.

• Conduct periodic audits and assist with external audit requirements.​

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing accounting role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, Focus) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.

• Familiarity with manufacturing industry regulations, tax laws, and internal auditing practices.

• Cost Accounting and Financial Acumen.

• Technological proficiency in ERP and accounting tools.

• Legal and Regulatory Knowledge for statutory compliance.

• Communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
