Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and follow-ups
Prepare bank reconciliations, cash and ledger reconciliations
Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI calculations, filings, and compliance
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors as required
Prepare basic MIS reports and financial summaries
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory norms

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
1–4 years of relevant accounting experience
Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
