Job Title: Accounts Executive

Experience Required: 4–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and support overall accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily accounting entries maintain (sales, purchase, expenses, etc.)

GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

TDS calculation and return filing

Bank reconciliation statements (BRS) prepare

Accounts payable & receivable manage

Invoice generation and billing process handle

Ledger scrutiny month-end/year-end closing

Financial records properly maintain and update

Audit data prepare (internal/external)

Compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / relevant degree in Accounting or Finance

4–5 years ka relevant experience

Tally / Busy / any accounting software ka knowledge

MS Excel (basic to intermediate)

GST & TDS knowledge must

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and time management

Preferred:

Manufacturing/Service industry experience is must.

Basic knowledge of income tax
