Accounts Executive – Sugar Industry

Location: Central Business Hub, Parle Point, Surat

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounts operations, statutory compliances, and documentation for our sugar industry business. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting practices.Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filing of TDS returns

Assist in income tax-related work and documentation

Manage invoicing (sales/purchase) with accuracy

Generate and maintain E-way bills

Handle Professional Tax compliance and filing

Ensure timely completion of statutory obligations

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or relevant qualification

1–3 years of accounting experience (Sugar industry experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

Good communication and time-management skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Criteria :Up To 20K To 25k
