Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive with hands-on experience in bookkeeping and data entry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting the finance team with timely data entry and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including recording financial transactions, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations

• Manage data entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting entries

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements

• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documents

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on payment and billing issues

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

• 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping and data entry
