Job Description – Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Pass journal entries and perform day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Handle GST & TDS compliance, including return filing and reconciliations.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
- Prepare bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process invoices, billing, and payment entries.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Work efficiently on Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF functions, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for accounting-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
