Job Description

Job Title: Tally Prime Operator / Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Generate and process sales invoices in Tally Prime.

Record and maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.

Perform daily bank entries and bank reconciliation.

Enter and maintain Debit Notes and Credit Notes accurately in Tally Prime.

Verify and reconcile customer and vendor accounts.

Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

Prepare reports related to sales, purchases, outstanding receivables, and payables.

Assist in GST-related accounting entries and record keeping.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for account reconciliation.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally Prime.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of Tally Prime.

Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Experience in billing, bank entries, Debit Note and Credit Note entries.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)
