Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Account Executive who can independently handle end-to-end accounting operations. The candidate should be capable of managing all accounting activities from basic entries to statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and audit coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
Passing journal entries, purchase entries, sales entries, debit/credit notes
Bank entries and bank reconciliation (BRS)
Cash handling and petty cash management
Ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation
Maintaining books of accounts in Tally/ERP
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Vendor bill verification and processing payments
Preparing payment schedules
Follow-up for receivables and debtor reconciliation
Customer billing and invoice preparation
3. GST Compliance
Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns)
Input tax credit reconciliation
GST working and compliance
Handling GST notices and coordination with consultants
4. TDS & Taxation
TDS calculation, deduction, and timely payment
Filing of TDS returns (quarterly)
Issuing Form 16A
Income tax workings and support in return filing
5. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Salary processing and payroll entries
PF, ESIC calculation and compliance (if applicable)
Professional Tax compliance
6. Audit & Finalization
Preparation of financial statements
Assisting in statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit
Providing required documents to auditors
Ledger scrutiny and finalization of accounts
7. Reporting & MIS
Monthly MIS reports
Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet preparation
Cash flow management
Budget vs actual analysis
8. TPO & Other Compliance (if applicable)
Coordination for Transfer Pricing (TPO) documentation
Maintaining related party transaction records
Supporting compliance requirements
Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems
Good analytical and reconciliation skills
Ability to handle accounts independently
