Job Description: Admin cum Accounts Executive
Job Summary
The Admin cum Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations while supporting accounting and financial activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle office supplies, inventory.
Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
Support employee onboarding and maintain administrative records.
Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and coordinate with service providers.
Prepare & Checking Salary Wages.
PF, ESIC Working & online challan preparation.
Generate MIS reports.
Accounts
Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain cash/bank records.
Able to handle petty cash transactions.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in administration and accounting.
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime is preferred.
