Job Description
- Proper Checking and Posting of accounting voucher (as Purchase, Sales, Bank and Cash transactions etc)
- Preparing Vendor payment aging list or outstanding receivables list
- Tracking Accounts Receivable & Payables
- Ensure about periodic reconciliation of Debtor and Creditors
- Preparing Monthly P & L and comparison reports
- Knowledge & experience of GST Filing will be helpful
- Ensure that all transactions recorded correctly in Tally & other Software on timely basis
- Ensure timely book keeping and reconciliation of Inter Company transactions
- BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement)
- Basic knowledge of statutory dues TDS, GST returns, GST Refunds
- Providing Data / Information / Audit Schedules for Internal and External Audit and ensure timely completion of the same
- Assist in meeting timeline of monthly / quarterly / yearly closing
- Monthly Balance report with Ageing Analysis
- Reconciliation between invoicing system and financial system
Requirements:
- Good communication, presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Good knowledge of Tally | MS Office/Excel
- Problem solving Skill |Work independently and delivering results
