Job Title: Operations & Procurement Executive (Preference: Female Retired Army Officer)

We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented individual—preferably a Female Retired Army Officer—with a strong background in BOQ (Bill of Quantity), Accounts, Back-end Operations, Purchase, and Vendor Management, ideally from MES (Military Engineering Services) or equivalent. If a suitable female candidate is not available, male candidates with core MES experience are also welcome to apply.
Prepare and analyze BOQ for various projects.
Manage and track procurement cycles, vendor selection, and cost negotiations.
Ensure compliance with defense/government protocols and best practices in budgeting and purchasing.
Handle all backend documentation related to purchases, contracts, and vendor agreements.
Monitor project cost, expenditure, and vendor bills for accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Maintain strong documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Retired Officer from Indian Army / MES / Defense Services.
Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, vendor management, and procurement processes.
Well-versed in project accounting, budget control, and backend office operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong sense of discipline, integrity, and responsibility.
Female Retired Army Officer with administrative/logistics/accounts/procurement background.
If not available, Male candidate with MES/Defense Procurement experience.
Familiarity with civil, electrical, or construction procurement processes will be a strong advantage.
