ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(Real Estate – Residential & Commercial Projects)
• Daily Accounting Operations
Handle daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
• Billing & Invoice Management
Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and maintain proper billing records.
• Bank Reconciliation
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial transaction records.
• GST & Tax Support
Assist in GST filing, TDS entries, taxation records, and compliance documentation.
• Vendor & Client Payment Coordination
Manage payment schedules and coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
• Ledger & Account Maintenance
Maintain customer ledgers, account statements, and financial records accurately.
• MIS & Financial Reporting
Prepare daily/monthly financial reports, expense statements, and MIS reports.
• Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents, receipts, and financial records.
• Coordination with Sales & CRM Team
Coordinate for customer payment status, receipts, and account-related updates.
• Software Handling
Work on Tally, Excel, and accounting software for financial data management.
