Account Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
Industry: Real Estate – Residential & Commercial Projects
1. Accounts Handling
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial transactions accurately.
2. Billing & Invoicing
Prepare invoices, payment receipts, vouchers, and billing records.
3. Payment Follow-up
Coordinate with clients and vendors for payment collection and follow-ups.
4. Bank Reconciliation
Handle bank reconciliation and maintain proper financial records.
5. GST & Tax Documentation
Support GST filing, TDS entries, and taxation-related documentation.
6. Expense Management
Monitor office and project expenses with proper documentation.
7. Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with vendors and maintain payment schedules.
8. MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
9. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain proper accounting files, agreements, receipts, and financial documents.
10. Coordination with Internal Teams
Coordinate with sales, admin, and management teams for account-related activities.
