Job Responsibilities – Accountant Assistant

• Daily bookkeeping and data entry

• Support in preparing financial statements and reports

• Handle invoice processing and account reconciliation

• Maintain organized records of financial transactions

• Assist with audits and compliance documentation

• Coordinate with internal departments on billing and payments

• Generate and manage customer and vendor billing

• Record and reconcile sales and purchase transactions

• Prepare and process debit and credit notes

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations

• Generate MIS reports for management review

• Handle eWay bill and eInvoice generation and compliance

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers

• Assist with GST filings and other statutory compliance
