Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Managing all the sales support and accounting related activity of the company.

Provide online product training via Google meet or Anydesk.

Supporting the field sales team and backend team.

Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents

Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller.

Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Skills Required

Good Accounting knowledge

Good computer skills (MS Office).

Proficiency in Marathi & English.

B Com Graduate or Post-Graduate or relevant field.

Experience in housing societies accounting will be added advantage.

Other Requirement

Candidate must be from locality near Ghatkopar.

Profile Details

Role: Account Support Executive

Salary – Rs. 12,000 Monthly

Work Hrs and Time - Sunday working with alternate weekly off on Wednesday.
