Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant. Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, preparation of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

• Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, vouchers, and accounting records.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor vendor and customer accounts.

• Assist in preparing financial reports, including Trial Balance and Balance Sheet.

• Maintain accounting records for audits and internal financial reviews.

• Monitor petty cash and maintain expense records.

• Support the Finance team in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of financial transactions.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

• Knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

• Basic understanding of bank reconciliation and ledger management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or an equivalent qualification.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of accounting experience are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of financial compliance, taxation, and documentation is preferred.
