Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations including sales & purchase invoicing, GST compliance (GSTR-1), bank reconciliation, e-way bills, journal entries, and ledger maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial records and timely statutory compliance.

• Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify Sales & Purchase Invoices

• Handle GSTR-1 filing and ensure accurate GST reporting

• Generate and track E-Way Bills for goods movement

• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly

• Pass and review Journal Entries

• Maintain and scrutinize General Ledger & Party Ledgers

• Record all accounting transactions accurately in ERP/Tally

• Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables

• Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts

• Support audits, GST notices, and statutory requirements

• Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance

• Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of:

• Sales & Purchase Accounting

• GSTR-1 Return Filing

• Bank Reconciliation

• E-Way Bill generation

• Journal Entries

• Ledger Maintenance

• Proficiency in Tally, ERP Systems & MS Excel

• Good understanding of GST and basic taxation

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Educational Qualification:B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance)

• Certification in Tally / GST will be an added advantage

• Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in accounts operations

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
