Accounts Executive

Junior Executive Accounts:

The Accounts Cashier in a showroom supports both front-line transactional duties and behind-the-scenes finance operations. This role ensures seamless billing, accurate cash and digital payment management, daily reconciliations, and smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, and the finance department.

Responsibilities

1.Greet customers attentively and process sales transactions promptly—handling cash, cards, UPI, or financing payments.

2. Generate accurate invoices/receipts and assist with returns or exchanges per policy.

3. Address customer queries professionally and ensure a pleasant, smooth checkout experience.

4. Maintain daily cash reports, perform cash drawer reconciliation at shift start/end, and report discrepancies promptly.

5. Coordinate with the accounts/finance department for accurate data handover and reporting.

6. Assist with filing GST data and support periodic stock or sales reporting.

7. Keep the cashier counter organized and meet showroom hygiene and presentation standards.

8. Support showroom processes—coordinate billing with the sales team, manage petty cash requests, and occasionally help with merchandising or paperwork.

Qualifications & Skills

1.Graduates with B.Com

2.Proficiency with Billing software (e.g., Tally, SAP systems).

3.Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and basic understanding of GST & invoice processing.

4.Integrity and trustworthiness, especially when handling cash and financial tasks.

5.Excellent communication, professionalism, and ability to stay calm during high-traffic periods.
