Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments)

• Assist with GST filing, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

• Support in preparing financial reports, ledgers, and documentation

• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and payment processing

• Manage petty cash and ensure proper record-keeping

• Assist in audit preparation and support auditors with required data

• Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, and records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

• 0–1 years of experience in an accounting or finance role

• Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho, or similar)

• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
