Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications (personal, business, auto, mortgage, etc.) for completeness and accuracy

• Analyze financial data such as income, assets, liabilities, and credit reports

• Assess credit risk and determine loan eligibility in accordance with internal and regulatory guidelines

• Approve or recommend approval/denial of loans within assigned authority limits

• Communicate loan decisions clearly to applicants and internal teams

• Collaborate with underwriters, credit analysts, and sales staff

• Maintain accurate records of all loan documentation and decisions

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (e.g., Dodd-Frank, CFPB, etc.)

• Participate in audits and internal quality reviews

• Stay updated on lending trends, interest rates, and credit risk assessment tools
