Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts Coordinator who can manage day-to-day accounting activities, handle customer-related account matters, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records and timely closure of account-related issues.
Manage daily cash handling, cash book entries, and cash reconciliation
Maintain and track Accounts Receivable (AR)
Follow up with clients/customers for timely payment collection
Prepare and maintain customer ledgers, statements, and aging reports
Record accounting entries in Tally and ensure accuracy of books
Coordinate with internal teams for billing, documentation, and payment tracking
Maintain records related to contracts, invoices, and payment terms
Assist in month-end closing, reconciliations, and basic reporting
Prepare MIS reports and share regular updates with the Accounts Head
Ensure compliance with internal accounting processes and controls
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
1–4 years of experience in an Accounts Executive / Accounts Coordinator role
Hands-on experience with Tally (ERP)
Strong knowledge of:
Ledger management
Accounts Receivable
Cash handling & reconciliation
Invoicing & payment follow-ups
Good communication skills for client coordination and follow-ups
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience handling customer accounts and collections
Exposure to contracts and payment terms
Ability to coordinate across departments
Knowledge of GST basics (added advantage)
