Job Title: Account Executive

Qualification & Experience

• B.com (Bachelor of Commerce) is mandatory.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Accounting & Auditing: Practical experience in accounting, ledger scrutiny, account reconciliation, and audit coordination.

• Bank Reconciliation: Strong knowledge of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and bank account reconciliation.

• Taxation & Compliance: Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, VAT (where applicable), and statutory compliance.

• Tally ERP / Prime: Proficiency in accounting entries, ledger management, financial reports, and related accounting functions.

• Advanced MS Excel: Good command of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIF/SUMIFS, data analysis, and report preparation.

• Banking Operations: Comfortable with bank visits for cheque deposits, document submissions, statement collection, and other banking-related work.

• Field Work: Willingness to travel for banking, audit, documentation, and other official assignments.

• Documentation & Reporting: Ability to maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and ensure timely compliance.

Additional Requirements

• Must be comfortable with regular bank visits and field assignments.

• Candidates with their own two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A detail-oriented and responsible accounting professional with 2–5 years of practical experience in accounting, audit, taxation, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance, who is comfortable handling both office-based accounting work and external banking/field responsibilities.

• Intern Stipend is depending upon interview.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
