Full Time
Handle daily accounting entries, sales, purchases, expenses and payments.
Maintain cash, bank, GST, TDS and basic reconciliation records.
Manage invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
Coordinate with CA/accounting team for GST, TDS and monthly closing.
Prepare daily/weekly sales, collection and expense reports.
Manage employee attendance, salary inputs and basic HR documentation.
Handle office administration, vendor coordination and routine operational requirements.
Maintain company records, files, agreements and important documents.
Monitor office/store supplies and administrative expenses.
Support management with MIS reports and other operational requirements.
Ensure discipline, accuracy and timely completion of accounts & administrative work.
