Job Description

Role-Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payments from clients.

2. Prepare and send invoices to clients.

3. Maintain accurate records and MIS reports.

4. Follow up with clients for payments and resolve any disputes.

5. Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service.

6. Perform general accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

2. 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.

3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Skills:

1. Accounting and finance knowledge.

2. Invoicing and payment tracking.

3. MIS reporting and data analysis.

4. Client relationship management.

5. Email and phone communication.
