Job Description – Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain purchase and sales entries in Tally.
Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain GST-related records and assist in GST return preparation.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain financial documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities.
Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Tally Prime.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST and TDS.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
