Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including recording transactions, reconciliations, and preparing financial statements.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Billing and Vouchers: Manage billing processes, prepare vouchers, and ensure timely payments.
Auditing: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and identify areas for improvement.
Tally and Excel: Utilize Tally and Excel to prepare financial reports, track expenses, and analyze financial data.

Required Skills:

Accounting Software: Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
Excel: Basic knowledge of Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
Auditing: Understanding of auditing principles and practices.
Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare financial statements and reports.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
