Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and bank reconciliations
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
Coordinate with auditors and support audits
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
Monitor expenses and support budgeting activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
3 years of relevant accounting experience (as applicable)
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
MS Excel proficiency
Good communication and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
