Job Description – Junior Accountant

Position: Junior Accountant

Location: Neminath Jain Colony, Nokha Road, Sector 3, Udaipur, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, purchase and sales entries.
Handle GST-related documentation and invoice verification.
Perform bank reconciliation and daily accounting entries.
Maintain cash book, ledger, and petty cash records.
Support monthly MIS reporting and account closing activities.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
Work on Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support senior accountants during audits and statutory compliance.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) (M.Com preferred).

0–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may apply).

Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.

Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary

Salary will be based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
