Accounts Executive

This is a full-time, on-site CA/CMA Article or semiqualified CA/CMA roles based in Ghaziabad. The role involves assisting in statutory audits, tax audits, GST compliance, Income Tax compliance and ROC compliance under the guidance of senior team members. Articles will support preparation and review of financial statements, working papers, and schedules, as well as filing of direct and GST returns and other regulatory compliances. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accounting records, performing reconciliations, preparing reports, and conducting basic research on accounting standards and tax provisions. The position also includes coordinating with clients for data collection, documentation, and query resolution, while adhering to professional standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be pursuing CA or CMA (as per institute eligibility for articleship) with a solid understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts.

• Candidate should possess strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills to handle audits, taxation work, and reconciliations.

• Candidate should possess good computer proficiency, including MS Excel and familiarity with accounting Tally software.

• Candidate should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

• Candidate should be willing to learn, adapt to new regulations and standards, and work collaboratively in a structured, on-site environment.

• Prior internship or practical exposure in accounting, taxation, or audit will be considered an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
