Accounts Executive

Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Vesu, Surat (Head Office)

Company: Mr. Mischief Food Co., trading under the brand name Wok On Fire (which shall include all outlets, franchise stores, and franchisor collectively, hereafter referred to as "Company/Wok On Fire Group")

About Us: Wok On Fire Group is a fast-growing vegetarian Indo-Chinese and Pan-Asian restaurant chain with multiple outlets and franchise stores across Gujarat. We're looking for a detail-oriented account executive to join our finance team at our Vesu head office.

Experience Required: 2–3 years (accounting/finance role, preferably in retail/F&B or multi-outlet business)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Sales Reconciliation across outlets

• Daily Purchase Reconciliation

• Bank Reconciliation

• Daily Voucher Reconciliation

• Vendor Ledger Reconciliation

• Bookkeeping & Filing (physical & digital records)

• Cash Deposit & Withdrawal handling

• Preparing MIS Reports for management review

• Bank visits for day-to-day banking needs

• Other accounts-related tasks as assigned
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and financial analysis tools

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines

• Prior experience with Tally/accounting software preferred

• Comfortable with multi-outlet reconciliation in a fast-paced environment
  

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA-related field
