Accounts Executive

Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth operations

Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management

Handle HR administrative tasks such as attendance, leave records, and employee documentation

Maintain files, records, and official documents (physical & digital)

Coordinate with management and support internal departments

Accounts & Finance Duties:

Maintain books of accounts and accounting entries

Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and expense statements

Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation

Manage petty cash, bank reconciliation, and payment follow-ups

Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting

Coordinate with CA for audits and tax-related work

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or related field

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

Experience with Tally, Excel, and accounting software

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance procedures

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in administration and account's role

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
