Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in day-to-day accounting, TDS, GST, reconciliations, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, vendor payments, and bank transactions.

• Maintain and reconcile books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Cash, and Bank).

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS deductions, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

• Support in monthly closing and financial reporting.

• Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents.

• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks regarding payment and reconciliation issues.

• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and follow up for timely collections and payments.

• Support the senior accountant or finance manager in other accounting and administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setup).

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.

• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
