Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, assisting in bookkeeping, and ensuring timely coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records and financial data

• Handle invoice processing, billing, and payment follow-ups

• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

• Prepare vouchers, expense reports, and bank reconciliations

• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation

• Maintain vendor and employee payment records

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation

• Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records

• Support auditors and finance team during audits and reviews

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Banking processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP)

• Good numerical and analytical skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts or Finance role preferred

• Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Tally ERP or similar accounting software

• Understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
